My Gemma dress is good in design and quality but does not fit very well (around the hips area). The details on the dress are great and the customization that I had is well done (button all the way down).

Giving a 4* because of the poor packaging that was very disappointing. I was expecting a nice unboxing with good presentation of all the item I ordered. Instead, I had all items in a plastic wrap as if it was directly leaving from the factory.

This is my first time ever ordering custom things online, and the experience with East Meets Dress was amazing all the way around! The guides for measuring were super helpful and detailed. Our original time quote was also 16 weeks, but we received our order in just under 4 weeks which I did not expect at all. Also, my husband has very broad shoulders and the jacket we ordered for him and my cheongsam were both expertly crafted, and fit us both very well out without any tailoring at all. Overall, really, really impressed and satisfied with my purchase!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with East Meets Dress. All of my emails were answered within a day and I had every confidence throughout the process that my dress would come out beautiful and on time. They did not disappoint!
